Abu Dhabi Resort - Garden Course Renovation

Abu Dhabi Resort & Spa has hired golf course architect Peter Harradine re-design of the 9-hole Garden golf course.

Harradine designed the original course in 1998 and has updated his design view towards playability. The resort has hosted the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship on the DP World Tour and the 2023 Eisenhower Trophy. Harrradine is busy, actively overseeing the design build of Capital Hills Canyon Golf Club in Islamabad, Pakistan for a 2025 opening date.

Construction is underway for a new routing with a back tee yardage of 2,755 yards Par 34. Late night golf will be available with stadium lighting on the fairways and greens. The new rebuilt 9 holes will have three par 3 holes and one par 5 hole. The 4th hole on the new golf course will be the longest hole at 524 yards.
