The island of Goa is considered one of the primary sites to build their first integrated golf resort. Goa is a small state on the southwestern coast of India. Goa has 100 kilometers of coastline for Tim Lobb to choose from. Goa's weather is moderate. Winter months are October to February with temperatures from 20°C(68°F) to 28°C(82°F).

The image left is from Tim Lobb's site exploration to find and build the first golf course. Routing a golf course on natural terrain is a creative process which requires tremendous expertise. The image highlights the tropical environment with native trees. Aivot with Tim Lobb and Alex Hay have partnered at the outset with GEO Foundation for Sustainable Golf to prioritize environmentally sensitive development. Trees in the rich biodiversity are Banyan (Ficus benghalensis), Coconut Palm (Cocos nucifera), Mango (Mangifera indica), Jackfruit (Artocarpus heterophyllus).
