Legacy Club at Emerald Bay

The Legacy Club at Emerald Bay is a newly approved desert golf resort in Bullhead City, Arizona on the Colorado river. Plans for the project have been proposed by Britton Lee's S3 Group. Announcement with golf architect and timeline are expected shortly.

The proposed resort is a 493-acre site on the Colorado River at Highway 95 and Bullhead Parkway. The project scope plans for 18 hole golf course with a nine-hole short executive course operated and managed by KemperSports.

The master planned community has approvals for 300+ homes and 600 multi-family units accessible to Laughlin, Nevada by a recently constructed bridge.
