Nauka Nayarit - Tom Fazio
Nauka Nayarit is a new private golf club in Mexico being designed by Tom Fazio. Bryan Bowers from the Fazio team led with assistance from Ron Smith and Andy Banfield. The master planned community will share property with Siari, Ritz Carlton Reserve developed by Thor Urbana.
Marc Logan led agronomic golf construction. Brent Harvey from Harvey Irrigation Pros oversaw the irrigation design and buildout. Total Golf Construction Mexico was the onsite course construction contractor with Abril Ortiz, Esteban Salas, J.J. Solis-Suchil. Ortiz is an up and coming architect currently in the process of EIGCA certification. Her learning diary is documented in pictures and videos. Total Golf Construction is the golf construction team onsite leading the renovation at Casa De Campo, Teeth of the Dog.
Nauka is a 75 kilometer, one hour drive north of Puerto Vallarta. Punta Mita is a Nicklaus designed 36 hole golf resort, master planned real estate community in the state of Nayarit which has enjoyed success.
