New Hope Dunes - New Golf Course

New Hope Dunes in Washington County, Northwest Florida is a proposed golf course development project aiming for an 18-hole golf course on approximately 1,438 acres of land. Overhead images of the land show sandy soil ideal for golf. As shown in the proposal below, a small portion of the 1,438 acre site will be planted in turfgrass.
